- 1 kg peaches, peeled, stoned and pureed
- 1/2 â 3/4 cup vanilla sugar
- 1/2 cup hung yogurt
- 400ml low fat cream
- 1 tbsp vodka {optional}
- 1 tsp almond extract

o%20cover%20the%20sides%20of%20the%20bowl.%20Cover%20the%20bowl%20with%20plastic%20wrap%20and%20freeze%20till%20the%20slices%20are%20firm%20%7Bat%20least%2030%20minutes%7D.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESoften%201/3%20of%20the%20peach%20ice%20cream.%20Take%20the%20bowl%20out%20of%20the%20freezer,%20remove%20the%20cling%20film%20cover%20and%20add%20the%20ice%20cream%20on%20top%20of%20the%20cake%20slices.%20Spread%20it%20out%20to%20cover%20the%20bottom%20and%20sides%20of%20the%20bowl.%20Cover%20the%20bowl%20with%20plastic%20wrap%20and%20freeze%20till%20firm%20%7Bat%20least%201%20hour%7D.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESoften%20the%20chocolate%20ice%20cream%20and%20spread%20it%20over%20the%20peach%20ice%20cream.%20Cover%20with%20plastic%20wrap%20and%20freeze%20till%20firm,%20at%20least%20an%20hour.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESoften%20another%201/3%20of%20the%20peach%20ice%20cream%20and%20cover%20the%20chocolate%20ice%20cream,%20making%20this%20the%20last%20layer.%20%7BSome%20peach%20ice%20cream%20will%20be%20left%20over%7D.%20Cover%20with%20plastic%20wrap%20and%20freeze%20till%20firm,%20for%20at%20least%204-5%20hours%20till%20completely%20set.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERemove%20the%20plastic%20cover,%20and%20place%20the%20serving%20plate%20on%20top%20of%20the%20bowl.%20Turn%20it%20upside%20down%20and%20remove%20the%20bowl%20and%20the%20plastic%20lining.%20If%20the%20bowl%20does%20not%20come%20away%20easily,%20wipe%20the%20outsides%20of%20the%20bowl%20with%20a%20kitchen%20towel%20dampened%20with%20hot%20water.%20The%20bowl%20will%20come%20away%20easily.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EKeep%20the%20cake%20out%20of%20the%20freezer%20for%20at%20least%2010%20minutes%20before%20slicing,%20depending%20on%20how%20hot%20your%20region%20is.%20Slice%20with%20a%20sharp%20knife,%20dipped%20in%20hot%20water.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
