Directions

  1. Heat Crisco, add in minced onions and garlic. Saute/fry 2 min. Add in peppers and tomato paste. Cook on low heat 1 1/2 hrs. Add in shrimp, cook 10 min. Stir often. Add in oysters, cook 10 min; stir. Add in 2 c. cooked white rice and serve at once. Serves 12.
