Ingredients
- 2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 2 Large eggs, unbeaten
- 1/4 c. onions, minced fine
- 1/8 tbsp. pepper
Directions
- Soak lowfat milk and crumbs together. Add in meat, Large eggs, onions and seasonings; mix well. Place half of the sauce in the meatloaf and then save the rest to spread on the top. Place in loaf pan which has been greased with butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
