Ingredients
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 heaping tbsp. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Grease and flour 9 inch pie pan as if preparing pan for cake. Mix above ingredients and pour into prepared pie pan. Bake in 375 degree preheated oven for 45 min or possibly till custard is hard.
