Ingredients
4 Large eggs (or possibly egg substitute)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 c. sugar
3 c. lowfat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 pie crust, unbaked (optional if you just want custard)
Directions
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min, then at 350 degrees for 30 min. Test for doneness with a knife.
Serves 7.
