Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 3 whole Large eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Healthy pinch salt
- 3 c. sliced apples
- 1 tbsp. sugar plus 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Now you put 3 c. sliced apples, 1 Tbsp. sugar and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon. Mix well, then arrange apple slices on top of pie and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min.
