Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce.) Long Grain and Wild Rice Mix
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. Dry White Wine
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 2 c. diced cooked chicken or possibly turkey
Directions
- Prepare rice according to directions. Cook celery in butter till tender. Mix all together in 2 qt dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min. Stir before serving. 4 to 6 servings.
