Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts, 6 thighs, 6 legs
- 1 clove garlic, cut
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 3/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1 c. honey
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Directions
- Season dry chicken with salt and pepper. Squeeze lemon over. Heat butter, curry, mustard, honey, soy sauce. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
