Directions

  1. Reserve 1 Tbsp. drippings from bacon. Cook celery, onion and garlic in drippings, blend in flour. Add in lowfat milk, applesauce, tomato paste, curry, bouillon cubes and 1 c. water. Cook and stir till thick. Stir in chicken and crumbled bacon. Heat through. Serve over rice.
