Ingredients

  • 1 can red salmon - (14 3/4 ounce) liquid removed, flaked
  • 2 x Claussen Kosher Dill Minis minced
  • 1 Tbsp. minced red onion
  • 1 Tbsp. golden brown raisins
  • 1/4 c. Kraft Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp curry pwdr
  • 6 whl wheat pita breads
  • 6 x lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. Mix salmon, pickles, onion and raisins in medium bowl. Mix mayo and curry pwdr; stir gently into salmon mix.
  2. Fill each pita bread with about 1/4 c. salmon mix and 1 lettuce leaf.
  3. This recipe yields 6 sandwiches.
