Directions

  1. Cook rice according to directions on package.
  2. Heat butter in heavy skillet. Add in onion and saute/fry for 3 to 4 min or possibly till onion is tender.
  3. Add in rice, raisins, curry pwdr, salt and pepper and fold to blend well. Add in cooked shrimp or possibly chicken. Blend well again and serve warm.
