Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 sm. onions, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon grnd nutmeg
- 2 c. warm cooked rice
- 1/2 c. half and half
Directions
- In 2-qt saucepan, over low heat, in warm butter, cook onions, curry, salt and nutmeg, stirring mix often till onions are tender, about 7 min. Stir in cooked rice and half and half. Then heat the curried mix through to serve.
