Ingredients

1 pound grnd beef
2 teaspoon curry pwdr
1/2 c. butter
Freshly grnd black pepper
1 c. stuffing mix
Salt to season to taste

Directions

Mix beef, curry pwdr, stuffing mix, salt and pepper together. Shape into 32 small balls and saute/fry in butter over high heat for 5 min till brown. Drain.
