Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd lamb
- Onion and garlic salt
- 1/4 c. softened butter
- 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon curry pwdr
Directions
- Shape lamb into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle both sides with onion and garlic salt. Cook under broiler or possibly over grill till brown (15 to 20 min) turning once. In meantime, combine butter and curry pwdr and spread generously on both sides of cooked patties.
- Exchange: 1 patty equals 3 meats and 1 fat exchange.
