Ingredients
- 8 ounce Minced dates, (1 box)
- 1 med Onion, quartered
- 2 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red wine vinegar
- 3/4 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Canola oil
Directions
- Place all ingredients, except the oil, in a blender or possibly food processor and blend for 1 minute. Slowly add in the oil while the blender is still running.
- Makes 2-1/2 c..
- vegetable and fruit salads. Use as sauce for poultry, lamb or possibly pork.
