Ingredients
- 420 gm can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tsp curry pwdr
- 190 gm can champignons
- 4 x shallots
Directions
- Combine soup with cream, lowfat milk & curry pwdr, stir till smooth. Stir over heat till boiling. Stir in liquid removed, rinsed champignons & minced shallots.
