  • 1 can (5-ounce) boned chicken
  • 1 can (3-ounce) minced mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1 ct Lowfat sour cream
  • 3 tsp Curry pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Finely minced cashew nuts

Directions

  1. Combine in blender all ingredients except nuts. Switching blender off and on, blend mix till smooth. At serving time, stir in nuts. Serve with crisp relishes, assorted crackers or possibly chips.
