Curried Cauliflower Cakes Recipe

Cauliflower loves spices and gives such a nice color! Delicious on their own with a fresh green salad and dipping sauce of your choice or as an alternative side than the regular potatoes.

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until mixture resembles a batter.
  3. Spoon out even amounts and mold into cakes.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled pan over a medium heat.
  5. Place cakes in pan and cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown, flip and cook other side.
  6. Serve with a green salad or tomato salsa and a sweet chilli dipping sauce.
