Ingredients
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1/4 c. Diced green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Bacon drippings or possibly oil
- 1 c. Uncooked rice
- 1 can (13.75-ounce) chicken broth
- 1 can (10.5-ounce) consomme
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
Directions
- Saute/fry onion, pepper and rice in drippings till golden brown. Add in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 20 min or possibly place in casserole, cover and bake at 350 for 30 min.
