Really good and easy to make breakfast burritos. Remember not to over cook the cumin!

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 6 Eggs
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In saute pan, quickly fry cumin in oil - do not overcook.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs - I like to add about a tbsp of milk.
- Add eggs to saute pan and cook. After about 2 minutes, add cheese and mix thorougly.
- When eggs are cooked, turn off heat and add cilantro, salt and pepper
- Heat tortillas in oven for about 3 minutes. Remove and divide eggs into four serving and wrap inside the tortillas. Serve with your favorite hot sauce - feel free to use beans on the side!
