Ingredients

  • Cucumber 6 ech Peel, De-seed, Chop fine
  • Chives, Fresh or Dry 4tbsp Chopped
  • Sugar, Granulated 3tbsp
  • White Vinegar 3tbsp
  • Tabasco Sauce 2tbsp Salt and Pepper To Taste
  • Sour Cream 1qt

Directions

  1. To make sauce, peel and de-seed the cucumber and chop finely. Add white vinegar, sugar, Chives, tabasco sause. Then fold in sour cream and salt and pepper to taste.
