Ingredients
- 1 med cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 x mango, pitted and cut into large dice
- 1 x red onion, sliced into thin rounds
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice Salt to taste
- 3 Tbsp. cilantro or possibly more to taste
Directions
- In a medium bowl, place the cucumber, mango and red onion. Season to taste with the lime juice and salt. Garnish generously with cilantro leaves.
