Ingredients
- 1 sm. head cabbage
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Dash pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
Directions
- Refrigerateminced cabbage and cucumber with vinegar and salt. Mix remaining ingredients and add in to first mix. Chill.
