Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 (8 ounce.) plain lowfat yogurt
- Garlic pwdr, to taste
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Scrub cucumber to remove wax. Grate the unpeeled cucumber and drain VERY WELL till almost dry. Combine other ingredients.
- Serve with crackers or possibly fresh vegetables.
- Yields 1 3/4 c.. Calorie Count: 45 per 1/2 c..
