Ingredients

  • 1 recipe Tomato French Dressing (below)
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 c. boned, cooked chicken in thin strips
  • 1 c. ripe olives, sliced
  • 1/3 c. green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/4 c. red onion, finely minced
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. pimiento, in thin strips
  • 1 avocado, cut into crescents
  • 4 c. shredded lettuce

Directions

  1. Prepare dressing and add in lemon juice. Chill till ready to use.
  2. Combine all salad ingredients except avocado. Chill. Just before serving, add in avocado. Arrange salad on bed of shredded lettuce. Shake dressing and pour over salad.
