Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. sugar

Directions

  1. Combine oil and lowfat milk and then pour over the flour, salt and sugar. Mix lightly with a fork and press into the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan. Set aside.
