Ingredients
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 3 lbs. chicken, cut up
Directions
- Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic salt, pepper and parsley. Heat butter over medium heat. Dip chicken pcs into batter and roll in crumb mix. Place chicken, skin side up, on lightly greased baking pan, arranging pcs so they don't touch. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till meat is no longer pink. Makes 4 or possibly 5 servings.
