  1. Pour lowfat milk over coconut and set aside while creaming sugar and butter. Add in Large eggs to creamed mix and heat well. Then add in lowfat milk/coconut mix and flavoring. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees till pie is golden and hard.
