Ingredients
- 4-5 pound sweet potatoes, boiled & mashed
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Boil sweet potatoes in large pot. Peel and mash. Add in butter, brown sugar, vanilla and lowfat milk. With electric mixer beat till smooth. Pour into large casserole dish.
