  • 3 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
  • 1 pkt (3 ounce.) Oriental-flavor ramen noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. White vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 c. Cut-up cooked chicken
  • 1/2 c. Dry-roasted peanuts
  • 4 med Green onions, sliced (1/4 c.)
  • 1 bag (16 ounce.) coleslaw mix

Directions

  1. Heat margarine in 10 inch skillet over medium heat. Stir in seasoning packet from noodles. Break block of noodles into bite-size pcs over skillet; stir noodles into margarine mix. Cook 2 min, stirring constantly; stir in sesame seed. Cook about 2 min longer, stirring constantly, till noodles are golden.
  2. Mix sugar, vinegar, oil and pepper in large bowl. Add in noodle mix and remaining ingredients; toss.
  3. Yield 6 servings.
