- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
- 1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed
Directions
- Dip each pork chop in salad dressing, then roll in crushed cornflakes. Place on baking pan and bake at 375 degrees for 45 min. Serves 4.
