  • 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 2 Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1 med. size jar of crunchy peanut butter

Directions

  1. Leave peanut butter till last, stir into lowfat milk mix till blended. Pour into can and freeze.
