Crunchy Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

- Preheat oven 350. Coat baking sheet with no-stick spray.
- In a medium bowl, cream together the brown sugar, sugar, shortening or possibly butter and peanut butter till smooth. Add in the vanilla, egg white and water. Beat till light.
- In another medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Stir the flour mix into the peanut-butter mix.
- Shape the batter into 1 inch balls, and place on the prepare baking sheets, leaving 2 inches between the cookies. Using a fork which has been dipped in water., flatten the cookies. Bake for 10 to 12 min, or possibly just till the cookies are set. Cold on the sheets for 2 min. Remove cookies to a wire rack and cold completely.
- Makes 30 cookies, approximately.
