  1. Preparation: Preheat oven to 425 degrees Rinse chicken and pat dry. Set aside. In a shallow bow combine next 5 ingredients. In another bowl whisk together mayonnaise and honey. Coat chicken with honey mix. Then roll each piece of chicken in nut mix till well coated.
  2. Spray a roasting pan rack with cooking spray. Arrange chicken pcs on rack. Bake for 10 min. Turn. Bake an additional 12 min, or possibly till chicken is tender.
