Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg. (6 ounce.) chocolate chips
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 quart. ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, etc.)
Directions
- In sauce pan, heat butter and chocolate chips over low heat till all blended; stir in Rice Krispies and remove from heat. With a fork, mash a little. Put in 9 inch pie plate, spreading and filling up sides of plate also. Freeze. Partially thaw ice cream and fill pie shell. Freeze till ready to use. Children love this dessert. May also serve with chocolate sauce.
