Directions

  1. Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large frying pan. Add in the peas and green onions and saute/fry 2 to 3 min. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Add in the optional basil, cheese and/or possibly warm pepper flakes to taste. Cover the pan for 1 minute for young peas, longer for older ones. Serve warm.
