Crumbed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 8 med Potatoes, peeled & quartered Boiling salted water
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine,melted
  • 3 Tbsp. Dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Pepper, sprinkle

Directions

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water till tender. Use tip of sharp knife to test rather than a fork. Drain. Return to heat to dry any remaining liquid. Watch closely.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together. Add in to potatoes. Shake saucepan or possibly toss to coat.
  3. Serves 8
