Ingredients

  • 3 lb pork spareribs or possibly pork chops
  • 1 pkt precooked minced bacon
  • 1 sm bag sauerkraut
  • 1/2 med head cabbage, sliced thin
  • 1 lrg onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dillweed
  • 3/4 c. water (or possibly white wine)

Directions

  1. Brown pork in skillet. Alternate layers of pork, bacon, sauerkraut, cabbage and onion in crockpot. Mix sugar, salt and dillweed with water; pour over top. Cook 6 to 10 hrs on low heat.
