Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Chicken Breast Halves Without Skin cut in 1" cubes
  • 4 ounce Low-fat Kielbasa cut in 1" slices
  • 1 c. reduced Calorie Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp Creole Seasoning
  • 2 c. tomatoes or possibly 16 ounce canned tomatoes
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 2 c. minced celery
  • 14 ounce chicken Broth
  • 1 c. rice

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except rice in 3 1/2 to 4-qt crockpot.
  2. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hrs. Stir in rice. Cover and cook on low 30- 45 min.
