Ingredients

  • 2 lb pork or possibly beef
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 x potatoes
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1 x garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 ounce green chilies diced

Directions

  1. Cube meat, sprinkle with salt and fry till brown in oil. Transfer browned meat to the crockpot.
  2. Dice potatoes and add in to browned meat; slice onions and add in, then garlic, salt, chilies and sufficient water to cover. Cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hrs. Continue to add in water if necessary. It will have a soupy consistency.
