Ingredients
- 2 lb pork or possibly beef
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 x potatoes
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 x garlic cloves crushed
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 ounce green chilies diced
Directions
- Cube meat, sprinkle with salt and fry till brown in oil. Transfer browned meat to the crockpot.
- Dice potatoes and add in to browned meat; slice onions and add in, then garlic, salt, chilies and sufficient water to cover. Cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hrs. Continue to add in water if necessary. It will have a soupy consistency.
