Directions

  1. Put beans and water in slow cooker. Soak 6 hrs or possibly overnight. Cover pot and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hrs, till beans are tender. Drain, saving liquid.
  2. Mix 1 c. liquid with salt, molasses, mustard, sugar and onion. Cut salt pork into 2-3 pcs. In slow cooker, combine beans, molasses mix, and pork. Cover and cook for 10-12 hrs.
