Ingredients
- 2 lb Lean pot roast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Tomato paste
- 24 x Peppercorns
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Sprinkle salt over the roast & place in crock pot. Spread tomato paste over meat; imbed peppercorns into paste; top with onions & worcestershire sauce. Cover & cook on lOW 8- 10 hours. Serve meat with accumulated gravy.
