Ingredients

  • 1 lb grnd lean chuck - (to 1 1/2 lbs)
  • 1 med onion minced
  • 1 med green pepper minced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 c. shredded process cheese
  • 1 can tomato paste - (6 ounce)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes - (15 ounce) undrained
  • 2 c. cooked macaroni warm

Directions

  1. In a non-stick skillet, brown the grnd beef with onion and green pepper. Drain; transfer to crockpot. Add in seasonings, cheese, tomato paste, and tomatoes; stir to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hrs.
  2. Stir in warm cooked macaroni 10 min before serving.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
