Ingredients
- 1Â 1/2 lb chuck steak strips
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 lrg onion sliced
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 ounce mushrooms liquid removed
- 1 can tomatoes (16 ounces)
Directions
- Put meat, flour, salt and pepper in crockpot and stir well to cook steak. Add in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hrs, or possibly high for four hrs. Serve on noodles or possibly potatoes.
