Delicious pot roast. This is one of my favorites!
Ingredients
- 3 lb beef roast
- 1 Tbs worcestershire sauce
- 1 package brown gravy mix
- 1 package Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 6 potatoes, cubed
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1/2 cup cocktail onions
Directions
- Add vegetables to the bottom of the crock pot.
- Place roast in crock pot.
- Mix the worcestershire sauce and dry mixes together in a bowl with water and pour over roast.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
