Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 to 4 pound rump roast
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pkg. onion or beef mushroom soup mix
  • 1 thinly sliced onion

Directions

  1. Put roast in crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, pepper, and soup mix and sliced onion.
  3. Don't add in water.
  4. Cover pot and put into base.
  5. Simmer at setting #2 1/2 for 7 to 9 hrs.
  6. Can be kept hot at setting #2.
