Ingredients
- 6 thick pork chops
- 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing for pork
- 1 can apple pie filling
Directions
- Brown pork chops and drain off any fat. In crock pot, put the browned chops, stuffing (prepared as on the package). Top with a can of apple pie filling. Cover and cook on medium about 3-4 hrs (or possibly on low for a longer time) till meat is tender.
