Ingredients

  • 2 lb round steak cubes
  • 1 c. onion minced
  • 1 x garlic clove chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp thyme dry
  • 1 x bay leaf
  • 14 1/2 ounce tomatoes
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Put steak cubes, onions, garlic in crockpot. Stir in flour and mix to coat steak cubes. Add in all other ingredients except lowfat sour cream. Stir well. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hrs.
  2. Add in lowfat sour cream 30 min before serving. (HIGH 4 to 5 hrs) Serve over warm buttered noodles.
