Ingredients
- 1 x 32 oz pac hash brown potatoes
- 1 x 10.75 oz cheddar cheese soup
- 1 x 10.75 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. margarine
Directions
- Put hashbrowns in crock pot. Mix soups and lowfat sour cream together. Pour over hash browns. Cut up margarine and stir into hashbrowns. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hrs, stirring occasionally.
