Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. minced meat
- 1 lg. onion
- 1 can tomatoes & green chili, liquid removed or possibly substitute salsa
- 1 can chili (no beans)
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
Directions
- Brown meat and onion and drain completely. Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for several hrs, stirring frequently. Serve as dip with Fritos. Thicken with cornstarch if needed or possibly add in more cheese.
